I have been a long time follower of Adriene Mishler's channel on YouTube, Yoga with Adriene and have dipped in and out of Yoga so much over the last year that I feel like a less than flexible human yoyo. This time last year she put out a free, 30 day yoga series and this year shes come back with an even bigger and better program, Yoga Camp. Focusing not only on the body and the practice of Yoga, but the mind aswell.
As with any and all Januarys since we Earthlings started making something called New years resolutions, you can bet your house that one of the most popular resolutions every year is weight or fitness related. I'm no pot calling kettle black here, I've made the same goal (I won't use the word resolution) to improve my own fitness this year too. I started off with a real gung ho, let's get physical attitude at the beginning of 2015 and as the year came to a close the sweat and enthusiasm had dried up.
So, in a bid to get back on the wagon, get a little more flexible and practice a bit of self love too, I've signed up to Adrienes Yoga Camp, a free, 30 day daily Yoga practice for mind and body. I'll be doing a weekly round-up of how it's going every Sunday here on the blog and if you don't see me talking about it, feel free to give me a kick and push me back on my Yoga mat!
