So I've pretty much given up on Yoga Camp. Terrible I know but the videos are just so long this year that I don't have the time to do them and everything else. I plan on dipping in and out of them when I fancy some yoga but the daily practice just isn't fitting in right now.
I also seemed to forget about Shayloss half way through the week as shifts (that age old excuse) messed with my plans.
I did (yay finally, a flippin positive) make it to the gym twice this week and had a great session both times.
- 20 minute walk/run hiit on the treadmill.
- Total body kettlebell workout with 8kg kettlebell
- 2mile cycle in under 9 minutes
I did the same workout both sessions as I was really enjoying it and could actually get the equipment and space I needed.
I've also been hitting my 10k steps daily and won another weekly step count challenge, taking a whopping 82,500 steps in 5 days! Lunch time walks really helped boost my count, and it was great to get out and get some fresh air for 15 minutes!
Looking at possibly trying a class this week for some new routine ideas and, after finishing Flesh and Bone I really want to try a ballet bar/cardio bar workout! I've been using my FitBit app a lot more, and am also looking at an app called Bounts that pays you for working out. Hopefully, a little more on that next week when I've had a play around with it.
