I attempted something similar last year, under the tag FITuary, it was an epic fail but I'm feeling much more positive about it this time around! And yes, I purposefully chose the shortest month for this one, was that naughty of me?
Well here goes nothing! The plan? Simple, to do a minimum of 30 minutes exercise every day, from cardio to toning, gym to YouTube yoga. I also want to try some new workouts, have a look around online, attend some classes and just try to mix it up a little in general so there's less chance I'll get bored and give up!

If you need a buddy to go to some classes, let me know. I need someone to keep at me to get exercising. The gym can feel so repetitive to me! I'm starting Zumba next week to go alongside my reformer pilates, but need to get and stay in a really good, strong workout routine.
